CASCADIA APPLIANCE, LLC, an inactive Oregon limited liability company, and; VERNON WHITE, an individual; Defendants. To: Vernon White IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON you are hereby required to appear and answer the Complaint filed against you in the above-entitled cause within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Summons, and if you fail to so appear and answer, for want thereof the Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for the relief prayed for in the Complaint, to wit: for judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $74,454.23 plus Plaintiff’s costs, disbursements, pre- and post-judgment interest, reasonable attorney fees, and for such other relief as the Court deems proper and just.
