NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE CORE OPPORTUNITY AND REINVESTMENT AREA PLAN The City Council of the City of Tualatin has adopted Ordinance No. 1471-22 on November 28, 2022 approving the Core Opportunity and Reivestment Area Plan. The Plan has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance.
