PUBLIC NOTICE AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing building located at 120 SW Clay St, Dup 1, Portland, Multnomah Co., OR 97201. The modifications will consist of antennas installed at various heights not to exceed 99ft, 9in on the existing 104.5ft building (measured to elevator shaft).
