NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION THE LARSON, L.L.C. Pursuant to ORS 63.644, notice is hereby given that The Larson, L.L.C., an Oregon domestic limited liability company, whose last known principal office was located at 3400 187th Avenue, Suite 4, Aloha, Oregon 97003, is dissolved effective December 2, 2022. All persons having claims against The Larson, L.L.C. are required to present the claim in writing, including the name, address, and telephone number of the claimant(s), a description of claim alleged, and supporting documentation, to The Larson, L.L.C. c/o Willamette Valley Law Group, 494 State Street, Suite 430, Salem, Oregon 97301. Except as otherwise provided in ORS 63.644, a claim against The Larson, L.L.C. will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of publication of this Notice.
