NOTICE OF COMPANY DISSOLUTION Pursuant to Section 63.644 of the Oregon Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that Temple Concerts LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, was dissolved effective December 31, 2022. Any claim against Temple Concerts LLC must be made in writing and must include the following information (A) the date of the claim; (B) the amount of the claim; (C) the nature of the claim; and (D) the name and address of the claimant. A claim may be mailed to Hathaway Larson LLP, Attn: Gustavo J. Cruz, Jr., 1125 NW Couch Street, Suite 550, Portland, OR 97209.
