PUBLIC NOTICE The Metolius Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing beginning at 6:00 p.m. on January 23, 2023, at the Metolius Train Depot and via Zoom video conferencing platform. The purpose of this Hearing is to consider a Variance to the 10-foot side yard setback requirement of the R-2 Zone. Mr. Teeny proposes a home to be constructed on a lot under his ownership within the Havilah Estates Subdivision. The requested Variance is to locate the house within five feet of the southern property line. A 15-foot access easement and alley abutting the southern property line provide additional distance between the subject lot and the adjacent property. The subject property is legally described as Lot 32 of the Havilah Estates Subdivision. All interested are urged to attend.
