Each declaration of candidacy must be accompanied by either a filing fee of $10.00 or a candidate nominating petition (form SEL-121) signed by at least 25 registered voters residing in the district. Filing forms are available on-line at the Oregon Secretary of State website (http://sos.oregon.gov/elections/Pages/elec tionforms.aspx).
