Notice of Public Hearing Annexation: 2115 Molalla Road NE (Tax Lots 051W09B001000, 1100, & 1200) ANX 22-04 On April 10, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing to hear annexation into city limits of 0.93 acres of territory (2115 Molalla Rd; Tax Lots 051W09B001000, 1100, & 1200) along the north side of Molalla Road. No development is proposed at this time. If the annexation is approved, the default zoning district to be applied to the territory would be Commercial General (CG). The Council will meet in-person in the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon, and there will be a remote/virtual option to attend as well.
