PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET L-17-23, a request by Darren Harr for approval of a property line adjustment transferring approximately 3 acres from tax lot 3228-1700 to Tax Lot 3228-1100, resulting in parcels of approximately 7.42 acres (tax lot 3228-1700) and 16.93 acres (tax lot 3228-1100). The parcels are located at 29041 NE Wynooski Rd, Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.09(B.2) and 802.06 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., July 10, 2023. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
