The home is located at 74866 Doan Rd., #81, Rainier, OR 97048. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Elias Weiner DBA Western Hills MHP at 74380 Fern Hill Rd. – Office, Rainier, OR 97048, no later than the end of the day on the 2nd day of July, 2023. The minimum bid shall be $14,123.88.
