File Number: Ordinance 2929 Petitioner: City of Lake Oswego Nature of Hearing: The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing at the above date, time and location to consider Ordinance 2929, vacating a portion of Cherry Lane, located southeasterly of 1107 Cherry Lane. The public will have the opportunity to comment on Ordinance 2929. If the City Council approves the street vacation, it will enact Ordinance 2929 implementing the street vacation. Time Limits on Testimony The purpose of time limits on testimony is to provide all interested persons with an adequate opportunity to present and respond to testimony while at the same time ensuring that the hearing can be conducted in an efficient and ex- peditious manner. The following time limits on testimony shall be observed: — 10 minutes for a representative of a recognized neigh- borhood association, homeowner association, govern- ment or government agency, or other incorporated public interest organization; — 5 minutes for other persons. Any person in attendance at the hearing and entitled to testify may cede his or her time for testimony to another person entitled to testify and thereby increase that person’s time for testimony.
