SUMMONS TO: ALBERTO MEDINA You are hereby required to appear and defend the Petition for Forfeiture of Parent’s Share filed in the above entitled matter by Carmen Doris Torres, Personal Representative, within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, petitioner for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in her petition, to-wit: Declaring that Alberto Medina, the Decedent’s Father, willfully deserted the Decedent for at least the three-year period immediately preceding the date the Decedent became an adult, by clear and convincing evidence; and forfeiting Alberto Medina’s share of the Decedent’s estate.
