NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF HEARING: at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2023, in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room, 2051 Kaen Rd., Oregon City, Oregon there shall be a public hearing before the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners on the Boundary Change Proposal 2023-007, Annexation to the Sunrise Water Authority of territory located at SE 142nd and Hwy 212 in Clackamas County and consists of one tax lot that is forested and unimproved, 5.59 acres, more particularly described as: Tax Lots 22E11A 00800, Clackamas Co., OR. The property owners desire connection to the existing water service. Interested persons may appear and will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
