Carter, husband and wife, whose address is 1460 NW 9th Street, Gresham, OR 97030 as grantor to Ticor Title, as Trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Axia Financial, LLC, its successors and assigns, as named Beneficiary, dated December 12, 2016, recorded December 13, 2016, in the mortgage records of Multnomah County, Oregon, as Recorder’s Fee No. 2016-155761, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the present Beneficiary as defined by ORS 86.705(2), as covering the following described real property: That portion of Lot 1, BENVUE TRACTS, AN ADDITION TO GRESHAM, in the City of Gresham, County of Multnomah and State of Oregon, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Birdwell Addition, a duly recorded Plat; thence running South 89deg.41′ East along the South line of Northwest 9th Street, 70 feet; thence running South 173.25 feet to a point; thence North 89deg.41′ West 70 feet to the East line of Lot 1, Birdwell Addition; thence North along the East line of said Addition 173.25 feet to the point of beginning.
