BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK Metro is seeking a firm that can deliver a visionary design for Willamette Cove Nature Park that advances ecological health, equity and inclusion, and climate resilience. Willamette Cove’s location within a degraded, populated and ethnically diverse stretch of the river in Portland, heightens the importance that the master plan achieves the restoration of fish and wildlife habitat while simultaneously reconnecting community, and especially historically marginalized communities to the land.
