CROOK COUNTY, OREGON INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS Crook County Solid Waste Management Plan Update NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Crook County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Crook County Landfill (Crook County), is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide updates to the Solid Waste Management Plan (Plan). The purpose of the update is to review the existing Plan and provide a guide for developing and operating the landfill over the next 10 years. All aspects of the solid waste system (Collection, Transfer, Disposal, Recycling) are to be analyzed. Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 24, 2023. (Due Date). Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, with the proposer’s name and marked Crook County SWMP Update
