NOTICE OF POTENTIAL WITHDRAWL OF TERRITORY FROM LAKE GROVE WATER DISTRICT The City of Lake Oswego proposes to withdraw one parcel from the Lake Grove Water District. The parcel is located at: 5022 Upper Drive (21E18AA00400) The Lake Oswego City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber, 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon to consider this withdrawal and proposed ordinance. If withdrawn from the Lake Grove Water District, the subject property will continue to receive water service from the City of Lake Oswego. The withdrawal will occur through the adoption of an ordinance. The title of the ordinance is: Ordinance 2930 An Ordinance declaring the withdrawal of territory consisting of 0.43 acres located at 5022 Upper Drive in the City of Lake Oswego from the Lake Grove Water District (AN 23-0005). This proposal is initiated by the City of Lake Oswego and will result in the withdrawal of approximately 0.43 acres of territory to be withdrawn from the Lake Grove Water District.
