You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action, which seeks: (1) A declaration that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of the 15 foot strip of land described in Deed of Conveyance to Mary Goodrich recorded in Volume 77, Page 249 (June 24, 1901), Marion County Records, in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 2 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian, Marion County, Oregon, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 3 diameter brass disk marking the East Quarter Corner of said Section 6; thence along the Easterly line of said Section 6 South 00deg.00’00 East, 28.00 feet to a reentrant corner in the Westerly line of that certain tract of land described in Statutory Warranty Deed to Daniel Multop and Colleen Multop, recorded June 15, 2017 as Instrument No. 2017-00030139, said Deed Records, being the True Point of Beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence along the Westerly line of said Multop Tract South 00deg.00’00 East
