NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS SCHEDULED ON PROPOSED CLACKAMAS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AMENDMENT AND PRIVATE NONCOMMERCIAL DOCK APPLICATION The Clackamas County Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners will hold public hearings to consider two land use applications for the property located at 540 NW River Park Pl. (31E21BC00700): — Z0315-23-CP, a Comprehensive Plan map amendment to change the Willamette River Greenway designation on the subject property from Limited Use to Multiple Use to allow for a private noncommercial dock; and — Z0316-23-R, an application for approval to construct a private noncommercial dock.
