The home is located at 3484 Turner Rd. SE, Salem, OR 97302. Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Lakeside Village, 3110 Turner Rd SE – Office, Salem, OR 97302, no later than the end of the day on the 13th day of October, 2023. The minimum bid shall be $120,890.39. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, the purchaser must promptly tender full payment in cash, money order, or cashiers’ check and promptly remove the dwelling from the manufactured home park unless a storage agreement can be promptly negotiated between the successful bidder and the Park.
