WEST MULTNOMAH SOIL & WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT ANNUAL MEETING West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District (WMSWCD) will hold its Annual Meeting followed by a regularly scheduled Board meeting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 beginning at 6:00 p.m. at The Old Spaghetti Factory, 715 S Bancroft St, Portland, OR 97239. WMSWCD’s Annual Report and Audit Report will be presented at the Annual Meeting. Members of the public are WELCOMED AND ENCOURAGED to attend.
