Sale shall be by private bidding, with sealed bids, and as is (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids must be for a specific stated dollar figure and must be delivered to: Lakeside Village, 3110 Turner Rd. SE, Salem, OR 97302, no later than the end of the day on the 3rd day of November, 2023.
