The Estate of Neil Norbert Jones; Unknown Heirs or Persons Claiming an Interest in the Property; Springlake Community, Inc.; and Occupants and Parties in Possession SUMMONS – CASE NO. 23CV40854 IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF COLUMBIA TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OR PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY, one of the above-named defendants. You are hereby required to appear and defend the complaint filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this summons, and in case of your failure to appear and answer, plaintiff for want thereof will apply to the above entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint, to-wit: 1. For judgment that declares the sum owing to Plaintiff on the Contract is of $24,999.05 which is comprised of the principal amount of $23,859.91; earned but unpaid interest of $756.31, accrued through October 22, 2023; plus late fees of $40.00; plus advances of $342.83; together with interest accruing on the principal amount from October 23, 2023 at the rate of 6.00% per annum ($3.86 per diem) until paid; plus up to $5,000 in Plaintiff’s reasonable attorney fees plus its costs and disbursements incurred herein; plus interest at the contract rate of 6.00% per annum on the full amount of the judgment from the date judgment is entered until paid; 2. For the immediate recovery of possession of that certain 1996 Golden West Homes Manufactured Home, Serial No. GWOR23N15225, Home ID No. 287475 to enable Plaintiff to foreclose its security interest therein by disposing of that Manufactured Home in accordance with the terms of the Contract and state law; 3. Directing the Columbia County Sheriff, or any other law enforcement personnel from any other county, to take possession of and secure said Manufactured Home from whomever is in possession and wherever located and thereafter release it to Plaintiff, through its authorized representative; 4. Specifically authorizing Plaintiff and the Columbia County Sheriff, or any other law enforcement personnel from any other county, to enter upon the real property owned by Defendant Springlake Community, Inc. for the sole purpose of taking possession of and removing the Manufactured Home from said real property; and 5.
