IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH Case No. 20CV19654 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE JANET E. WOLFF as the personal representative for the Estate of Richard R. Wolff, Plaintiff v. JESSICA L. COLLINS, and DORIS J. MOSS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, Defendants TO: Jessica L. Collins and Doris J. Moss Revocable Living Trust, the above-named Defendants Last known address: 12607 SE Salmon Court Portland, OR 97233 This matter having come before the Court upon the Motion of Janet E. Wolff, Personal Representative for the Estate of Richard R. Wolff, Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, Plaintiff moves the Court for an Order to Show Cause requiring Defendants to show cause if any, why an order should not be entered as follows: 1. The Court should find Defendants in contempt of Court for failing to abide by the Order signed by the Honorable Christopher Marshall on August 19, 2021, and for failing to cooperate with the CPA to prepare a full accounting of the Doris Moss Trust, thereby causing noncompliance with the same Order, including payment of Plaintiffs share of the Doris Moss Trust; 2. As a direct result of Defendants actions, Plaintiff has not received at least $25,122.00, and has had to hire an attorney to collect said unpaid funds, and has had to file this contempt proceeding; 3. The Court should impose sanctions to ensure future compliance and to remedy Defendants past failure to comply, including a daily fine, to be paid by Defendants to Plaintiff for child support. In addition, Defendants should be put on probation to the Court to ensure future compliance. 4. Defendants shall be required to pay Plaintiffs attorney fees incurred herein. The Show Cause Hearing is set for January 19, 2024, at 9:00AM, in Courtroom_____(TBD) of the Multnomah County Courthouse located at 1200 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204.
