Notice of Public Hearing Legislative Amendment: Woodburn Comprehensive Plan Update to adopt Buildable Land Inventory (BLI) and Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA) (LA 23-02) On November 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., the Woodburn Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a recommended legislative amendment (LA) of the Woodburn Comprehensive Plan to update Goal 9 Goals and Policies and consider a draft update to the Buildable Lands Inventory (BLI) and Economic Opportunities Analysis (EOA). The Woodburn City Council is scheduled to hold their public hearing on the item on December 11, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The hearing venue is the City Hall Council Chambers at 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon.
