Estate of Leon Leonard Laucirica Notice to Interested Persons (Case No. 24PB01038) In the Circuit Court for the State of Oregon for the County of Clackamas Probate Department In the Matter of the Estate of Leon Leonard Laucirica, Deceased. Notice is given of the following matters: (a) Keiko Laucirica and Tanya Laucirica have been appointed as the Co-Personal Representatives of the above estate. (b) Any person or entity having claims against the estate are required to present them to the Co-Personal Representatives, in care of their attorneys, as designated below, within four months after the date of publication of this notice, or such claim may be barred. (c) Persons who believe they are an unknown heir of Leon Leonard Laucirica, must present evidence of such relationship to the Co-Personal Representatives, in care of the attorneys designated below, within four months after the date of publication of this notice, or any right of such person may be extinguished.
