NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Culver City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on September 17, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Culver City Hall. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider a Variance Request by Edgar Adams for a Variance in Side-Yard Setback in order to construct a Garage. The Property is located at 663 A Street in the City and is Planned and Zoned Residential (R-1 ). The Property is described in by the Jefferson County Assessor’s Maps as 12317-CA-00129.
