The West Linn Urban Renewal Agency (Agency) has published the FY 2023/24 Annual Report. It is on file at City Hall and with the Agency. The full information is available to all interested persons. In FY 2023/24, the Agency did not receive property tax revenue. There were no impacts on taxing districts due to the Tax Increment Plan in FY 2023/24. There were no expenditures during FY 2023/24. The estimated tax revenues and expenditures for FY 2024/25 are $244,000.
