North Clackamas School District is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms interested in providing services to assist staff in implementing construction projects proposed to be funded by a 380 million dollar bond levy to be voted on in November, 2016.
The District is in the process of planning for a future bond. The scope of this bond has not yet been finalized but may include major remodels/modernization of existing facilities, a new elementary school, a new middle school, expansion of an existing middle school into a high school, new transportation center, minor remodels of existing facilities, energy upgrades, and seismic upgrades. The District is seeking to establish a pool of construction managers to assist staff in the planning, design, bidding and construction supervision of the aforementioned projects.
Proposals shall be submitted to Guy Melton, Purchasing Specialist, North Clackamas School District, Purchasing Office, 12451 SE Fuller Rd., Milwaukie, OR 97222, before, 2:00 PM PT, March 1, 2016. Proposals will not be accepted after this hour and date.
A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday February 10, 2016 at the District Administration Building Board Room located at 4444 SE Lake Road, Milwaukie, OR.
RFP documents may be viewed at the North Clackamas School District Purchasing Office, 12451 SE Fuller Rd., Milwaukie, OR 97222 (Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.).

All proposals shall be submitted as set forth in Section 1 – Instructions to Proposers. Proposers are responsible for submitting proposals in the manner, format, and to the delivery point required by the Solicitation Document.
No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date and time set for opening. North Clackamas School District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Request for Proposals; and may reject any or all proposals pursuant to Section 47 of NCSD Public Contracting Rules.
