The court case number is 14CV05936. The case is entitled: PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC, its successors in interest and/or assigns, Plaintiff v EMILY R. SCHWARTZ AKA EMILY R ECHERER; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF EMILY R. SCHWARTZ AKA EMILY R. ECHERER; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF BRADY ECHERER; CHASE ECHERER, AS AN INDIVIDUAL; CHASE ECHERER, THROUGH HIS GUARDIAN MALINDA J.
