Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
LD2016-0004 Nike Woodside Lot Consolidation
Applicants WHPacific, Inc. and Nike, Inc. request approval of a Replat Two to incorporate one additional taxlot (Tax Lot 1S105AC 700) into a previously-approved seven-lot consolidation (approved through Casefile LD2015-0081).Generally North and South of Barnes Road from West of Cedar Hills Boulevard to Highway 217.
On the south side of SW Walker Road at SW Koll Parkway. More specifically located on Tax Lots 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 of Washington County Assessors Map 1S105AC; Tax Lot 6800 of Map 1S105AD; and Tax Lots 100 and 200 of Map 1S105DB.
To be addressed in the staff report, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the County’s Current Planning Section, 155 N. First Avenue, Suite 350-13, Hillsboro, OR, 97124. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the County’s Current Planning Section, 155 N. First Avenue, Suite 350-13, Hillsboro, OR, 97124 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Development Code Section 40.03 Facilities Review and Replat Two.
Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, the Director shall issue a written decision on the above development application on or about Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
