On Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at or shortly after 6:30 p.m., the City of Beaverton Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a proposal by Regency Centers for new free-standing signs that recognize Murrayhill Marketplace. Proposed signs are intended to replace existing signs, one located near the shopping center entrance along the property frontage of SW Murray Boulevard, another located at the entrance of SW Teal Boulevard. Murrayhill Marketplace is generally located west of SW Murray Boulevard and north SW Teal Boulevard and is addressed as 14767 SW Teal Boulevard. The property can also be identified as Tax Lot 300 on Washington County’s Tax Assessors Map 1S1-32AD.

To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal are to be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, Community Development Department, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, OR 97005. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Community Development Department, fourth Floor, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton.

The decision-making authority for the above application is the Planning Commission. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Variance approval criteria found in Section of the City Development Code.
