NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 17, 2016, at 6:30 pm in Hubbard City Hall, 3720 2nd Street, the Hubbard Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a zone change of certain properties located in the Hubbard Commercial Center. The purpose of the zone change is to allow a full range of commercial activities in the commercial center, generally identified by the Comprehensive Plan as the blocks bounded by A Street to the north, G Street to the south, 3rd Street to the west, and Hwy 99E to the east. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed zone change. The City Council will conduct a second public hearing to consider adoption of the zone change. The City Council hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 7:00 pm in Hubbard City Hall, 3720 2nd Street.
Anyone wishing to participate in the public hearing may appear in person or by representative at the dates and times listed above. One week prior to the hearing, a copy of the staff report and amendments will be available for inspection at no cost and may be purchased at a reasonable cost. Written comments may also be submitted by mailing information to PO Box 380, Hubbard, OR 97032. A copy of amendments is available for inspection at the City Hall located at 3720 2nd Street.
