The original Personal Representative, Anita Breitmeyer, resigned on February 8, 2016, and on February 8, 2016, Edward P. Fitch was appointed Successor Administrator of the Estate of David Volney Crawford, Deceased, by the Multnomah County Circuit Court of the State of Oregon, probate number 15PB06226.
