PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Planning Director has approved the following request: DOCKET SDR-12-16, a request by Appassionata Vineyard Properties, LLC for approval of a site design review to convert an existing conditional use winery and tasting room into a permitted use winery and tasting room on a parcel that has approximately 25 acres of vineyard. The property is identified as Tax Lot 3302-501, located at 17150 NE Hillside Drive, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in ORS 215.452, Sections 402.02(H) and 1101.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance.
