The Jefferson County Planning Commission has rescheduled a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Director’s decision that approved an application for a lot line adjustment between tax lots 10-16-00-700 and 1200 (file 16-BA-02) on property owned by Fairway Fund V, LLC. The property is located about one mile west of the community of Ashwood.
The hearing will be held on July 28, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. at the Jefferson County Administrative Office Building located at 66 SE “D” Street, in Madras, Oregon.
Applicable criteria and standards for this application include: Jefferson County Zoning Ordinance Section 301, 702 and 713.
A copy of the staff report, the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost, and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost.
The failure to raise an issue by the close of the record at or following the final evidentiary hearing, in person or by letter, or the failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the decision-maker an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals based on that issue.
