SUBDIVSION (SUB) 2016-00001
REQUEST: An appeal has been filed against the proposed 9-lot subdivision which was approved by the Director on June 27, 2016. The 9-lot subdivision is on approximately 1.63 acres. Lots will be developed with detached single-family homes. Proposed lot sizes range from 6,006 to 10,777 square feet. There is a tract in the southwest corner proposed as a stormwater detention facility and a 10-foot public pedestrian access easement extending from the proposed public street to the eastern property line.
