PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Yamhill County Planning Director has approved the following requests: 1) DOCKET L-46-16, a request by Foxglove Properties, LLP for a property line adjustment to transfer 2.43 acres Tax Lot 4304-2100 (50 acres) to Tax Lot 4304-2002 (42.35 acres). The resulting parcels would be 47.57 and 44.78 acres, respectively. The parcels are located at 5555 NE Breyman Orchards Rd, Dayton and the parcel immediately to the south. 2) DOCKET L-47-16, a request by Foxglove Properties, LLP for a property line adjustment to transfer 26.18 acres from Tax Lot 4304-2100 (47.57 acres) to Tax Lot 4308-100 (205 acres). The resulting parcels would be 21.39 and 231.18 acres, respectively. The parcels are located at 15901 NE McDougall Road, Dayton and the parcel immediately to the north. These applications were reviewed based on criteria in Section 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Any person wishing to appeal these decisions to the Board of County Commissioners must submit the request on an approved appeal form, accompanied by $250.00 for each application, by November 10, 2016.
