NOTICE OF APPLICATION Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided: LD2019-0030 / LD2019-0031 Scholls Heights Large Lots 4 & 5 Partitions The applicant, West Hills Land Development, requests approval for two Preliminary Partition applications to further divide two lots created through the Scholls Heights PUD. No change to the phasing or final development proposal as a result of the partition requests. The project is generally located north of SW Scholls Ferry Road and east of SW Tile Flat Road. Specifically Map: 2S20100 Tax Lots: 03500 & 03600. To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on January 22, 2020. Failure to raise an issue or failure to provide statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to afford the decision-making authority an opportunity to respond to such issue, may preclude appeal to the Land Use Board of Appeals on that issue. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Development Code Sections 40.03 Facilities Review and Preliminary Partition. Facilities Review Committee Meeting Date: January 22, 2020 The Facilities Review Committee is not a decision-making body but advises the Director on a project’s conformity to the technical criteria specified in Section 40.03 of the Beaverton Development Code. The Director will include the Committee’s recommendation and findings in the Notice of Decision that is issued following the meeting. Pursuant to Section 50.40.10, on or around February 5, 2020 the Director shall issue a written decision on the application to the applicant, the property owner, and interested parties that submitted written comments prior to or on the comment closing date. Copies of the decision will be made available on the City’s website or may be purchased at the Planning Division Counter or a reasonable cost. Copies of documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant, applicable review criteria and the staff report, are available for inspection at the City of Beaverton Planning Division, 4th Floor, City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
