Proposals will be received at the offices of Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, (CM/GC), 550 SW 12th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97205, until 2:00 P.M. PST, January 29, 2020 at which time the proposals will be opened at 3:00 P.M. same day with a GBSD representative present. The total building renovation costs is projected to be approximately $7 Million. The scope of work bidding at this time includes renovations to the existing one story 118,000 SF academic building that includes remove and replacing portions of the existing built up roof system with new built up roofing system, place roofing with asphalt shingle roofing at commons roof ridge, remove & replace existing T1-11 siding with new siding system, STREAM classroom upgrades, remove and replace flooring to match current district standards, kitchen cafeteria upgrades, replace exterior hollow metal frame assemblies with new aluminum storefront system, replace clerestory exterior hollow metal frame window assemblies with a new aluminum storefront, replace single pane multi-height hollow metal frame window assemblies and door at library with a new aluminum storefront system integrated into new steel ledger assembly. Prepare and paint exterior hollow metal frame door and relite assemblies at classrooms, replace failed glazing as required. Interior lighting and ceiling upgrades, new security at entry vestibule and new emergency generator with connection to back-up functions. Lewis is currently only soliciting bids on Bid Package #1 for entire project, as scopes described above. The Project Site is located at, 3625 SE Powell Valley Rd, Gresham, OR 97080. Two pre-bid walks will be held at the project site on January 15, 2020 @ 7:30 AM and January 20, 2020 @ 9:00 AM. Proposers shall enter parking lot off Powell Valley Road and meet at Main Entrance (South Side) for check-in. The pre-bid walk will be non-mandatory, but highly encouraged.
