PUBLIC NOTICE YAMHILL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET C-21-19/SDR-38-19, a request by Vintage Wine Estates for conditional use and site design review for a tasting room with a winery. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3326-1000 and is located at a proposed new access at 20005 NE Fairview Drive, Dundee. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 501.03(P), 1101.02 and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Comprehensive Plan policies may also be applicable. Interested persons may respond in writing by 5 p.m., January 30, 2020, to comment on, or to request the above application be considered at a public hearing.
