NOTICE OF COMPANY DISSOLUTION Pursuant to Section 60.644 of the Oregon Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that Yoshida Export, Inc., an Oregon corporation, was dissolved effective December 31, 2019. Any claim against Yoshida Export, Inc. must be made in writing and must include the following information (A) the date of the claim; (B) the amount of the claim; (C) the nature of the claim; and (D) the name and address of the claimant. A claim may be mailed to Matthew A. Wand, c/o Yoshida Management, LLC, 8440 NE Alderwood Road, Suite A, Portland, Oregon 97220.
