PUBLIC NOTICE WOODBURN URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT FISCAL YEAR 2018/19 The Woodburn Urban Renewal Agency published the FY 2018/19 annual report which is on file and available to all interested persons at Woodburn City Hall, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, OR 97071, and at the city’s website at https://www.woodburn-or.gov/finance/page/financial-documents Please note, this is a notice only and not part of the official annual report. In FY 2018/19, the Agency received $761,166 in revenue from tax increments. Expenditures were $3,559,252. The estimated tax revenues for FY 2019/20 are $785,800. The FY 2019/20 budget includes $4,684,000 requirements, and anticipates the use of beginning fund balance. The estimated impact of carrying out the urban renewal plan on the tax collections for the preceding year for all taxing districts is shown in the table below. Published January 15 & 22, 2020.
