NOTICE OF COMPANY DISSOLUTION Pursuant to Section 60.644 of the Oregon Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that Ringside Fish House, Inc., an Oregon corporation, was dissolved effective December 10, 2019. Any claim against Ringside Fish House, Inc. must be made in writing and must include the following information (A) the date of the claim; (B) the amount of the claim; (C) the nature of the claim; and (D) the name and address of the claimant.
