HEARING NOTICE DUNDEE PLANNING COMMISSION The Dundee Planning Commission will hold a public hearing February 19, 2020, at 7 p.m. at Dundee City Hall, 620 SW Fifth Street, Dundee, OR, to consider an 8 lot subdivision at 380 SW 3rd Street with a concurrent Variance to allow the lot depth of Lot 8 on the cul-de-sac to be 52-feet where 80-feet is required, and a concurrent Code Adjustment to allow the lot frontage on the cul-de-sac of Lots 5, 6, and 7 to be 45-feet, 43-feet and 43-feet, respectively, where 50-feet is required, and to allow the lot depth of Lots 5 and 6 to be 75-feet and 78-feet where 80-feet is required.
