PUBLIC NOTICE CONTRACT AND PRICE AGREEMENT Pursuant with requirements set forth in ORS 279A.215, notice is given that Crook County Fire and Rescue intends to establish a contract and price agreement through a permissive cooperative purchase for Draeger self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and related equipment by means of a Interlocal Contract for Cooperative Purchasing through HGAC. The estimated amount of the procurement is $295,000 and the administering contracting agency is the public procurement authority. Any comment or protest should be delivered to the following address no later than February 27, 2020 at 9:00am. The Crook County Fire and Rescue Contract Review Board will meet at this time.
