NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING File Number: DRW04-2019 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: On March 4, 2020, the City of Molalla Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. to consider a design review for Colima Apartments; a proposed 36-unit multifamily residential complex to be placed on commercial property in the C-2 (General Commercial) zone. The proposed development is located on parcels 52E07D 02300 addressed 31514 S HWY 213 and 52E07D 02402 addressed 12745 S Cromptons WY in Molalla, Oregon. Failure to raise an issue at the hearing, in person or by email/letter, or failure to provide statements or evidence sufficient to afford the Planning Commission an opportunity to respond to the issue precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. A copy of the application, all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and applicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and copies will be provided at a reasonable cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven (7) days prior to the hearing. Copies shall be provided at a reasonable cost upon request. You may attend, offer testimony or seek information at the hearing. Any correspondence received in advance of the meeting will be forwarded to the hearing body. Written testimony will be received by the City of Molalla until the day of the hearing, and should be addressed or emailed to: Planning Director Alice Cannon, 117 N. After the public hearing closes, the City will issue its decision. The decision will be mailed to the applicant and anyone else who submitted comments or is legally entitled to notice.
