Public Notice Withdrawal of County Road Status, per ORS 368.026 Clackamas County is proposing to withdraw the county road status of a portion of the old alignment of SE Otty Street located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 1 South, Range 2 East, Willamette Meridian. A 60 foot wide, 125 foot long strip of the old alignment of Otty Street, as shown below, will be changed from a County Road status to a Non-maintained Local Access Road status this action is pursuant to the 2016 realignment of SE Otty Street. A report prepared by the County Road Official in support of this proposal is available for review by any interested party.
