HEARING NOTICE NEWBERG CITY COUNCIL The Newberg City Council will hold a legislative public hearing on March 2, 2020 at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR to evaluate the following proposal: 1. Ellis Estates partition in Newberg Urban Reserve Area: Consider a proposal to partition a parcel in Yamhill County within the Newberg Urban Reserve Area into two lots and make a recommendation to Yamhill County. The partition is for Parcel 3 of Yamhill County Partition 2019-14 at NE Bella Vista Drive and NE Bell Road, Yamhill County tax lot no. R3209 01003. File: GEN20-0001 You may examine information regarding this project at the Newberg Community Development Department, 414 E First Street, Newberg, OR 97132, or on the city website at https://www.newbergoregon.gov/planning. The staff recommendation regarding this project will be available one week before the hearing. If you have any questions, please call the Newberg Planning Division at 503-537-1240. All interested persons may appear and provide testimony. The City Council asks that 10 copies of written testimony be submitted to the City Recorder before 12:00 PM on February 27, 2020. Written testimony received after that time will be brought before the Council on the night of the meeting for consideration and a vote to accept or not accept it into the record.
