ORDINANCE NO. 943 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MADRAS DEVELOPMENT CODE; AUTHORIZING APARTMENTS IN THE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (R-3) AND MEDICAL OVERLAY (MO) ZONES; AMENDING OTHER PROVISIONS FOR MULTI-FAMILY DWELLINGS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. ORDINANCE NO. 944 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MADRAS CODIFYING CITY’S ORDINANCES OF GENERAL AND PERMANENT LEGISLATION AND ADOPTING THE CITY OF MADRAS MUNICIPAL CODE.
